- keen to learn proven strategies to have effective anti-racist conversations to address anti-Māori racism and, with support and community, put this learning into practice
- up for delving into the dreaded comments section to put this into practice
- able to contribute at least 4 hours’ work per week to the training
- looking for a community of non-Māori committed to taking action for Te Tiriti justice, to connect and contribute to following the training
